When you go to register for a course at C.I.N.T., we store the following data about you:

- Maiden name if necessary

6. To keep you informed of changes to our services.
If we make any changes to our services, terms and conditions, privacy statement or other important matters, we will be happy to notify you. If you agree, we will use the following data to process you in our newsletter system:

You have the right to view, correct and delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by C.I.N.T. Benelux Opleidingen B.V.. You also have the right to data portability.

You can send a request to access, correct, delete, transfer your personal data or request the revocation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to [email protected].

To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, C.I.N.T. Benelux Opleidingen B.V. asks you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. If your request relates to a cookie, I ask you to include this as well.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at the latest within four weeks. C.I.N.T. Benelux Opleidingen B.V. would also like to inform you that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Authority for Personal Data.

Camera footage
To secure us and our products, we use camera surveillance in and around the warehouse and our training rooms. These camera images will be kept for 30 days and deleted after this period, unless the images are necessary for a criminal investigation.

Reporting a data breach
If, despite all precautionary measures, a data leak occurs, C.I.N.T. Benelux Opleidingen B.V. adheres to the data breach notification obligation and we report this leak to the Personal Data Authority within 72 hours of detection.

Should you discover a data leak, C.I.N.T. Benelux Opleidingen B.V. kindly asks you to share this with C.I.N.T. Benelux Opleidingen B.V. as soon as possible but in any case within 24 hours after you discovered the leak by sending an email to [email protected]. We can then take immediate action.

Liability
This privacy statement only relates to the personal data that C.I.N.T. Benelux Opleidingen B.V. processes on behalf of the items discussed in this agreement. C.I.N.T. Benelux Opleidingen B.V. does not accept any responsibility or liability for (the operation and/or content of) third party websites or services.
