STATUTORY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
1. A cooling-off period of fourteen days applies from the moment we confirm the registration to you (right of withdrawal). You exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an unambiguous statement that you wish to dissolve the agreement by post or e-mail within this period.

2. If you register for a course which commences before the period of fourteen days for reflection has expired, your right to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons shall lapse. In that case, you can no longer exercise the right to dissolve without giving reasons.

Cancellation by the participant is only possible in writing up to four weeks before the planned first day at the latest. The date of the cancellation letter counts as the notice date. In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee of 10% of the course fee is due.
