Legal cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)

You have the right to revoke your registration within fourteen (14) days of receiving the confirmation without giving reasons. To make use of this right of withdrawal, send an unambiguous statement within this period by post or e-mail indicating your wish to dissolve the agreement. If you register for a programme or course that starts at your request within these fourteen days, you expressly agree that the performance starts before the end of the withdrawal period. In that case, the right of withdrawal will lapse as soon as the training course has been fully implemented. Amounts already paid will be fully refunded in the event of a valid withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your declaration.
